At MioriticHost, we are committed to providing transparent and fair services regarding domain registration.
1. Domain Registration
Once a domain is registered, it becomes reserved under the client's name and is purchased from our partner registrar. The process is irreversible, and the domain is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the domain name entered. We cannot refund amounts in case of spelling mistakes.
2. Refund Policy
According to domain registrars' policies, payments for already registered domains are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the domain extension (.ro, .com, .net, etc.).
3. Unconfirmed or Unprocessed Domains
If, due to a technical reason, the domain is not registered and the payment was completed, the paid amount will be refunded as account credit or, upon request, reimbursed within 7 business days.
It is the client's responsibility to urgently contact our team if they notice that the domain was not activated. We are not liable for losses caused by delayed notification or failure to contact the support team.
